How does Sterling Global work?

With Sterling Global you can control your budget, look after your money, build up your savings and learn how to raise your income, all in one place. By subscribing to this online product, you can add your bank and credit cards together, which allows you to track them all in an easy to use dashboard. We sort and monitor all the transactions on the accounts you add to Sterling Global, warning you if we spot any suspicious activity, so you can move fast to secure your money.

What if I forget my password?

In the event that you forget your password, just go to the sign-in page, click ‘Forgotten Password?’ and we’ll send you an email to reset it. You can then regain access to your account.

How can I change my password?

Once you’ve signed in, go to your profile page and enter a new password. The change will take effect immediately.

How do I add my accounts to Sterling Global?

The ‘Add Account’ wizard will guide you through the straightforward process of linking your accounts to Sterling Global when you first sign up. You’ll just need to select your credit card provider or bank, then enter your online banking log-in details. As a Sterling Global member, you can add as many cards and accounts as you wish, whenever you want. Just click ‘Add Bank Account’ in your dashboard to launch the wizard again.

I get errors when adding my accounts. What do I do?

To resolve most common errors, try adding the account again from the beginning. If this fails to solve the issue, contact us using the message form on this page. Alternatively, email us at or call us on 0330 124 3947, Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to end your Sterling Global subscription, simply sign in to your account, go to your profile page and click the ‘Cancel My Account’ button. Confirm this action with ‘Yes, Cancel’ when prompted. You will not be charged again once your account has been successfully cancelled.

Can I get a refund for my subscription fees?

Subscription fees paid up until the point of cancellation cannot be refunded.

How secure is your website?

Your security is taken very seriously by everyone at Sterling Global and we aim to make our services as secure as possible. We use SSL encryption, do not store any of your online banking credentials, and do not have access to this information. Any banking information you provide using the ‘Add Account’ wizard is dealt with by a Third Party with more than 15 years’ industry experience, using the highest level of security. Your information is held securely at all times.

Why isn’t my bank account listed on Sterling Global?

We have access to the great majority of UK banks and credit card providers, but occasionally we find a company we do not have a link with. If this affects you, get in touch and provide us with the company’s full details. We’ll try to get them added to our service.
