Cancelling Your Account
It is our number one priority to provide all subscribers the best possible Sterling Global experience – however we know that you may decide the service is not for you. This is why we offer a very easy and clear cancellation process for anyone dissatisfied with the service they receive. If you need help with the process or have questions about cancelling, call us on 0330 124 3947.
Sign in to your account with your email and password. If you need to reset your password, click the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link and we’ll send you an email allowing you to do this.
On your profile page, click the ‘Cancel Account’ button.
Choose ‘Yes, Cancel Account’ to confirm your cancellation request. Your subscription to Sterling Global will end, you will then no longer be able to access your account and we will not charge you any further.
